Since November is still Fall, I decided to keep the orange motif for now.  Today was a pretty good day.  I was up at 4 AM and out the door at quarter to five on my way to work.  Due to going in early I got out early which was great, especially since I am caught up on my work, for now.  I got out of work and came home and ate my lunch and then hit the gym.  This is going to sound crazy but the shower I took after the workout felt really good on my sore muscles.  I drank plenty of water today and honestly feel great.  It is keeping me motivated to say on my new lifestyle design.
